QA Analyst 3-ProdDev

Description
Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.

Responsibilities

Candidate should have:

· Proven work experience in software development

· Proven work experience in software quality assurance

· Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes

· Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases

· Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing

· Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting

· Should be having Oracle DB knowledge with DB concepts like partitioning, indexing, compression, encryption and other latest Oracle Db concepts.

· Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

· Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject

· Experience in Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities
