QA Analyst/Coodinator - Hybrid

Location: North of Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a QA Analyst/Coordinator.  Ideal candidates must have 5+ years of experience troubleshooting and diagnosing common software failure and faults and leading a variety of testing efforts.  Understanding of automated testing is required.

• Work collaboratively with Business Analysts and Development staff to review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables

• Coordinate projects and testing for the automated side of the team

• Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements and design test coverage plan
• Participate in preparing the test strategy and end to end test plans, including automated testing opportunities
• Conduct test strategy and test plan review sessions
• Execute and manage all activities in the plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and that the solution works as expected
• Ensure solutions are tested in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility
• Monitor the test coverage and identify coverage gaps
• Identify and facilitate test data acquisition
• Monitor the test progress against the schedule
• Develop “go to green” plans, as needed
• Create and publish test execution reports
• Monitor and report defects
• Conduct test result walk thru sessions with the Business teams

Experience Required:

• Trouble-shooting and diagnosing common software failure and faults - 5+ years

• Experience leading multiple testing efforts as one time

• Understanding of automated testing (Selenium, FlaUI), execution, and tools - 3+ years

• Working knowledge of  Azure DevOps -Tests are executed in Azure DevOps pipelines

• Power BI - Preferred
