Job Title: QA Analyst (Tosca Preferred)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)Β 
Employment Type: Contract

Position Overview:

We are seeking a QA Analyst to join the team. Β The ideal candidate will bring expertise in test automation, with Tosca experience highly preferred. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong API testing and scripting capabilities, able to operate with minimal supervision and thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Β 


  • Review business and technical requirements to identify testing scope.

  • Develop detailed test scenarios, cases, and scripts.

  • Execute API testing and automated test cases using preferred tools.

  • Log, track, and validate defects using standard processes.

  • Maintain test artifacts: scripts, scenarios, test data, and traceability to requirements.

  • Ensure accessibility and clarity of test results and documentation.

  • Support and uphold defined testing standards, guidelines, and methodologies.

  • Collaborate with Test Lead to evaluate test results and ensure alignment with entry/exit criteria.

  • Develop framework components and reusable automation functions.

  • Create user documentation and maintenance guides for scripts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (minimum requirement)

  • Experience:

    • 5–10 years of experience in software testing

    • Solid API Testing experience

    • Proven Test Automation background

  • Technical Skills:

    • Tosca experience or certification (preferred but not required)

    • Other automation tool experience is acceptable

Preferred Skills:

  • Certified or hands-on experience with Tosca test automation tool

  • Familiarity with Confluence, JIRA, or other QA tracking tools

  • Experience working in utility, energy, or regulated industries is a plus
