Job Title: QA Analyst (Tosca Preferred)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid β 3 days onsite)Β

We are seeking a QA Analyst to join the team. Β The ideal candidate will bring expertise in test automation, with Tosca experience highly preferred. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong API testing and scripting capabilities, able to operate with minimal supervision and thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Review business and technical requirements to identify testing scope.
Develop detailed test scenarios, cases, and scripts.
Execute API testing and automated test cases using preferred tools.
Log, track, and validate defects using standard processes.
Maintain test artifacts: scripts, scenarios, test data, and traceability to requirements.
Ensure accessibility and clarity of test results and documentation.
Support and uphold defined testing standards, guidelines, and methodologies.
Collaborate with Test Lead to evaluate test results and ensure alignment with entry/exit criteria.
Develop framework components and reusable automation functions.
Create user documentation and maintenance guides for scripts.
Education: Bachelorβs Degree (minimum requirement)
Experience:
5β10 years of experience in software testing
Solid API Testing experience
Proven Test Automation background
Technical Skills:
Tosca experience or certification (preferred but not required)
Other automation tool experience is acceptable
Certified or hands-on experience with Tosca test automation tool
Familiarity with Confluence, JIRA, or other QA tracking tools
Experience working in utility, energy, or regulated industries is a plus
Strong team collaboration and independent work capability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Valid driverβs license
