We're in search of a proficient Quality Assurance Manager to take charge of the entire quality assurance cycle. This role requires a balance between manual testing and contributing to the creation of automated tests and implementing best practices and processes. Team Member Responsibilities:
Lead and take responsibility for testing roadmaps, projects, and deliverables within assigned projects
Uphold and enforce consistent adherence to quality governance standards
Set quality benchmarks for software features and applications to align with given requirements
Formulate testing strategies for evaluating new software code, features, applications, and systems
Thoroughly document and track defects, issues, and bugs
Drive QA policy decisions and implement process improvements across all programs
Maintain effective communication and collaboration with project manager, customer successΒ and developers to ensure requirements are met and issues are resolved promptly and effectively
Supervise the regression testing process following bug resolution and implementation of new features or updates
Monitor and meticulously document results and resolutions of the debugging process
Enhance and assess both new and existing user interface designs to ensure an intuitive user experience
Identify and troubleshoot UX issues, including responsiveness and usability concerns
Foster close collaboration with testers, clients, development, and management teams to improve the overall user experience
Provide training, development, and coaching to a team of Analysts
Perform additional duties as assigned and required
Team Member Qualifications:Β
Bachelorβs degree (or 2+ years of relevant experience)
1+ year overseeing a team of QA Analysts
AnΒ understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
HTML, CSS, and Javascript
SQL, Querying, and Scripting
Software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Client and user-oriented problem solver
Ability to think analytically, critically, and creatively to identify options and solutions
Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel, as needed
Can work a hybrid model, which includesΒ in an office in Vernon, NJ
Roll-up sleeves attitude with a hands-on approach to the work
Proven experience in a changing dynamic environment
