Job Summary Manages and coordinates the staff and activities of an Quality Assurance and Test area which provides requirements, high and low level design review, systems analysis, as well as Integration and System testing. Executes and manages a small number of Testing projects.

Job Description β Quality Assurance Manager The Quality Assurance Manager ensures software adheres to requirements and functional specifications via application of automated and manual software testing methodologies. The QA Manager leads a team of analysts and technicians to execute software testing patterns for multiple insurance software programs, as well as coordinate User Acceptance Testing. The position will require working with external vendors and internal business resources.

β’ Create QA plan and manage execution of all testing deliverables and adherence to milestones
β’ Oversee and manage the design and execution of test strategies, plans and cases
β’ Validation of program and project testing approaches proposed by manage services partners and vendors
β’ Ensure testing approach is communicated and signed off by all project leads
β’ Ensure adequate coverage of the requirements and business processes are incorporated in the testing approach.

β’ Defect management and issue resolution through all phases of testing
