MCO has an extensive Product Delivery team spread around the world and are now looking for an enthusiastic Chief Product Delivery Officer lead this organization. This person will lead this organization to deliver exciting new capabilities into the market, while ensuring that we maximise the performance of this global team.

About the Role

As a QA Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive quality strategy across our engineering teams. You will collaborate with stakeholders to embed best practices, drive automation initiatives, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a robust quality strategy aligned with business objectives and agile SDLC processes.

• Work closely with engineering teams to integrate quality practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks to support functional, performance, and regression testing.  (Hands-on if required)
• Drive best practices in quality assurance, including CI/CD integration, shift-left testing, and test-driven development.
• Mentor and coach QA engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify quality gaps and define solutions. (Hands-on if required)
• Monitor and report on quality metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with manual testing teams to integrate automated testing into the overall testing process. (Hands-on if required)
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in QA processes.

Experiences and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Contributed to development and implementation of automation & performance framework
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration with automated testing.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills and People Management skills.

• Experience in developing automation frameworks is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in QA (e.g., ISTQB, Certified Agile Tester).
• Experience and knowledge of automation testing frameworks.

Experience and knowledge with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
