QA Manager Clearing, Exchange, Trade

You will be an active contributor to the industry and public sector initiatives and debates on how safety and efficiency in clearing can be enhanced. Clearing 5 to 8 million trade sides each day from 30 stock exchanges, multilateral trading facilities and other trade sources in Europe.

WHAT WOULD YOU BE DOING?

• Prevent defects reaching production, ensure the service is fit for purpose;
• Coordinate multiple test streams, uniform test processes and procedures
• Create, maintain and enforce quality standards (functional and non-functional);
• Defect management and process improvement;
• Continuous improvement;
• Define and own test environments;
• Select, implement and provide technical expertise in Test Automation, Testing Methodologies, Testing Processes, Tools and Techniques;
• Manage a team of professionals;
• Set and assess performance objectives and KPI’s.

WHO ARE YOU?

• Technical academic degree;
• A minimum of 5 yrs experience as a QA Management role ;
• Experience in a Clearing house / Exchange / Trade sources organization;
• An Agile Testing background; 
• Strong technical skills - in a continuous delivery environment;
• Strong communicator;
• Able to co-ordinate multiple test streams and uniform test processes and procedures; 
• A true manager: motivating, recognizes talent and bringing out the best out of each individual
• Enthusiastic “can do” attitude and self-motivated;
• High quality standards – eye for detail;
• Well at influencing and negotiating.
