How you'll contribute

Review project related documents (i.e. Business Requirement Document, Service Request Form, Functional Specification Document, System Integration Testing Results, Internal Sign-Off sheet, Cost versus Benefit, User Acceptance Testing, Tracking Sheet, User Guides, Project Plan, Risk Assessment, Bulletins, Implementation Plan, etc.) using the supporting documents (test results, screenshots, product manuals, BRD, etc) to ensure that actual results are based on the business requirements and will not expose the Bank for potential losses that may arise due to fraud or negligence

Assess if recommended workaround procedure is acceptable using user acceptance testing results to provide an interim solution for branches to be able to serve clients

Understand the details of functional features of the applications and document manuals to improve test procedures if needed

Discuss system-related processes, functionalities, and activities using job description summary and user guides to be equipped with enough information to perform the task

Manage QA Analysts and overall test process requirements

Coordinate with concerned business units to secure test results and signoff

Utilize automated testing. Define test case strategy

Performs other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time

What were looking for

Graduate of Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking

At least 8 yrs experience in software testing (automation and/or manual)

Knowledge of MS Applications i.e. Word Docs and Excel. Knowledge of user acceptance testing, techniques, and bank processes

Exposure to JIRA and Mobile Apps testing

Effective communication and negotiation skills. Planning and organization skills. Interpersonal skills. Problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail. Teamwork skills. Analytical and critical thinking. Very good in time management

Able to communicate and negotiate effectively with all levels of the organization. Able to provide solutions to problems. Organized and well-planned. Can work under pressure
