Test Manager with Test Automation Experience – Drive Quality & Innovation!


Are you passionate about ensuring software quality through robust test management and automation? We are looking for a Test Manager with strong automation experience to lead testing initiatives, optimize automation frameworks, and drive quality in Agile teams.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement test strategies, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
  • Lead and mentor a team of testers, fostering a quality-first mindset.
  • Design, develop, and optimize automated test frameworks and pipelines.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to improve testing processes.
  • Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting for both manual and automated testing.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in test automation.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in test management with a strong background in automation testing.
  • Hands-on expertise in tools like Selenium, Cypress, Leapwork, or similar frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD integration.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • ISTQB certification or equivalent is a plus.

The position is based in either Viby J or Frederiksberg. If you are based in Copenhagen, expect up to two travel days per week to the Viby office.
