YOUR FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for the coordination of the test strategies and test planning decisions of the different test domains.
组织协调不同测试部门的测试策略，以及测试计划 - Documents the comprehensive approaches and decisions in the Master Test plan, document and communication the overall experience of test execution in the Master Test Report
维护制定Master Test plan以及Master
Test Report - Initiate and establish the coordination of the test activities of the different test levels. Closely work together with the Test Manager for the different Test Level and the lead System Engineer.
发起并组织测试相关行动，和不同测试部门测试管理者以及系统测试工程师合作 - Communicate the overall test strategy to the customer
负责客户有关于测试方案的交流 - Combination with other level of testing manager role
同时对于个别项目兼顾系统测试管理的职责 - Permanently improve and develop the test methods and test tools for Body Product
海拉电子实验室内部车身电子产品相关测试方法及测试设备的长期完善和开发。 - Other job assigned by Department Manager.
部门经理安排的其他工作。 - If necessary could attend over sea training.
如有需要，能参加海外的培训。
YOUR COMPETENCE- At least bachelor degree in Engineering. E&E related is preferred.
工程专业本科及以上学历，电子电器相关专业优先考虑。 - At least 5 years in testing activity of Automotive Electronics products. Especially focus on the experience of manger the testing in whole design phase according to ASPICE ( product contain HW & SW). Deep knowledge of black box test, basic knowledge of white box test
五年以上汽车产品测试经验。有管理整个产品开发过程中个阶段测试的相关经验（有软硬件的产品.有深度黑盒测试经验，以及一定经验白盒测试。 - Deep Knowledge of Automotive Electronics testing: customer requirements, testing strategy, testing specifications. Knowledge of all testing activities according to ISTQB.
汽车电子测试：客户需求，测试策略，测试方法等基于ISTQB - Advanced Knowledge of Automotive Project Development Process and Quality Documents. Such as PPAP/ TS16949/ VDA/ISO17025
了解汽车行业项目开发流程，及质量体系文件，如PPAP/ TS16949/ VDA/ISO17025等。 - Knowledge of peculiarities of the different test levels.
了解不同测试的特殊性和区别 - Basic Knowledge of HW and MD design and related design process
硬件和机械设计有一定了解 - Very fluent English, both oral and written
英语读写非常熟练 - knowledge with requirement specification in its tool(IBM DOORS), Change management tool (PTC Integrity), programming knowledge in real project experience, different level of testing tool knowledge.
能熟练使用DOORS, PTC等工具,以及不同级别测试相关工具, 有代码编写的经验 - Responsible
and self-learning. Communication skill
