Position Details:

Project Title: Senior QA Analyst Level 3

Location: Washington, DC

Duration: Till September 30th with further possible extension

Please note: Face to face interview required. 

Job description:

QA Analyst Level 3 5+ Years 5-6 Years

- Fully understand the internal and external software processes 

- Design test plans, review functional requirement documentation and present test cases for project team review 

- Submit, regress, and verify defects Test database interactions at both the end-user and back-end levels 

- Work with development engineers to create scripts to facilitate ad hoc testing as well as provide valuable input on creating more sophisticated, cross-platform QA tools which will assist the manual test process

Candidate should be proactive and able to exercise flexibility and multi-task in a high stress environment.

Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across matrix organizations in a fast paced and schedule driven environment Required 4 Years

Current Hands-on Mainframe testing experience in JCL, CICS, Batch environment Required 3 Years

Experience in Internet/Web related applications Required 3 Years

Experience in databases (DB2, Oracle, SQL) Required 2 Years

Client / Server based application testing Required 2 Years

Expertise with Quality Center testing tool in building requirements and test case repositories Highly desired 2 years

Effectively use bug tracking tools such as Quality Center, Track+ desired 2 years

Performance and Capacity Testing desired 1 years

Experience in backend/black box testing Required 5 Years
