β’ Consistently monitor assigned helpdesk (HD) tickets to ensure timely resolution.
β’ Develop and prepare comprehensive test cases, test plans, and test data to ensure thorough testing coverage.
β’ Analyze user requirements, including screen and field-level requirements, to identify and address any gaps
β’ Provide valuable inputs and feedback during the preparation of test scripts and scenarios
β’ Manage system integration testing for systems that are directly or indirectly impacted by changes
β’ Ensure the delivery of testing results meets agreed criteria within the stipulated time frame.
β’ Identify, record, escalate, and retest defects, ensuring they are resolved based on expected test results, requirement specifications, and proposed processes.
β’ Provide regular status updates, test summary reports, and escalate issues to the manager in a timely manner.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
β’ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, providing support during critical situations.
