• Manage back-office operations using TCS BaNCS for Capital Markets, including trade settlement, reconciliation, corporate actions, and reporting.
• Oversee settlement processes for securities, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of trades in line with market standards.
• Manage risk operations, including margin calculations, collateral management, and exposure monitoring.
• Facilitate account opening operations and ensure adherence to KYC and compliance requirements.
• Configure and maintain the TCS BaNCS system to meet business requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor and resolve operational issues, ensuring seamless and error-free transactions.
• Collaborate with different departments - IT, and stakeholders to implement system enhancements and address operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry best practices in all back-office processes.
• Generate and analyze reports to provide insights for process improvement and decision-making.
• Provide training and support to team members on TCS BaNCS functionalities and back-office workflows.
