As a SDET Manager, you will play a critical role in evaluating the quality of the products we create and developing test automation solutions.Β

You will manage and be one of the key responsible for testing activities in your team, while at the same time learning from them and developing yourself as a world class SDET, Β 
We also expect that you pass your knowledge and help all other members on the development team.Β

Tasks and responsibilitiesΒ 

  • Manage a team of QAs composed of different levels of seniorityΒ 
  • Developing test automation scriptsΒ 
  • Manual validation of features when neededΒ 
  • Focus on architecting test automation solutionsΒ 
  • Supporting test strategiesΒ 
  • Performing test planningΒ 
  • Writing test reports for individual features when neededΒ 
  • Being an active member of the development teamΒ 
  • Communicate your findings and bug reportingΒ 
  • Support all members of the team with their testing needsΒ 
  • Communicate with customers dailyΒ 
  • Support UATs

QualificationsΒ 

  • You have 5 + years of experience as a QA/SDET/Technical QAΒ 
  • You have 3+ years leading a QA team or managing a QA teamΒ 
  • You come from a relevant education in IT and software development.Β 
  • You are curious and willing to learnΒ 
  • You are thorough, professional, and quality-mindedΒ 
  • You can code in one of the following languages: Typescript/Javascript/Python/RubyΒ 
  • Experience with one of the following platforms: Azure/AWSΒ 
  • Experience with one of the following CI/CD softwares: Jenkins/Github actionsΒ 
  • Proficient in GitΒ 
  • Experience working in agile setups, preferably using ScrumΒ 
  • Experience creating test strategies and test plansΒ 
  • Experience creating test automation frameworksΒ 
  • Experiencing leading a team or mentoring other team members
