The Division:
B4checkin is a developer of cloud-based software designed to enhance the online booking and payment experience for the hospitality industry. Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Halifax, Canada, the company offers secure, real-time payment processing and a customizable booking engine. Their solutions help hotels streamline reservations, reduce fraud, and minimize chargebacks.

The Position:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced SQA Analyst to join our team. The hired individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of products through manual testing. As part of an agile/scrum team, and collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
The selected individual will work in the Contour Software Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad office, working as part of the resource-center team, as an extension of the onshore R&D team.

Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and practical experience.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in manual testing.
• Good hands-on in planning, executing, and delivering comprehensive end-to-end product testing.
• Familiar with SQL and understanding of relational databases.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Experience in API Testing and familiarity with web services protocols.
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment with a collaborative team mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to extract relevant information from documentation and clearly identify necessary actions.
• Strong multi-tasking skills, with a proactive approach to handling requests and ensuring follow-up until resolution.
