Test Engineer

We're a leading team at Nokia, developing cutting-edge software and firmware for our Wavence Microwave products, which power 5G networks worldwide. We're based in Athens, Greece, at Nokia's Global Technology Center, a hub of innovation with over 900 employees.

What you will learn and contribute to

As a Test Engineer, you'll be part of an Agile team, ensuring the quality of our software releases. Your responsibilities will include:

• Defining test strategies
• Creating and executing test cases
• Automating tests using Python and Robot Framework
• Debugging and troubleshooting complex systems
   

You have:

• Passion for computer networking, coding, and software testing
• Experience with IP networking traffic and routing (including debugging tools)
• Basic shell and Python scripting skills
• Strong troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work independently and follow guidelines
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

It would be nice if you also had:

• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Understanding of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery)
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, network administration
• CCNA certification
• Experience with Selenium and Robot Framework
• Knowledge of digital transmission (TDM), radio transmission, and microwave technology
• Experience testing with simulators
