Test Manager
Should have more than 10+ years in testing of Channels Β· Should know – Retail, Corporate and mobile banking Β· Should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously Β· Should be aware of Agile, Waterfall, Automation, PT concepts Β· Overall Responsibility for Quality of testing and Timely delivery Β· Key Driver of the Test improvement Initiatives Β· Create Test strategy, Overall Plans, Resource requirements and allocation, technical skill areas Β· Interaction with Client team on Project Risks & Concerns and resolution of issues Β· Report project status to the Delivery or Program Manager. Β· Ensure compliance with Client and QualityKiosk processes. Β· Consolidate and report metrics for project activities. Β· Knowledge Management on the project Β· Create Test Design and Execution Plan and schedule of testing Β· Assign tasks to the team members & manage workload efficiently Β· Tracking project milestones and deliverables Β· Managing the offshore team and monitor the work Β· Providing the inputs / clarifications to offshore team Β· Keeping track of new requirements from the project Β· Daily Defect discussions Β· Ensure adherence to onsite-offshore process and agreed timelines Β· Coordinate with users for inputs, review and approvals Β· Responsible for Metrics Measurement and Implementation Β· Report upon testing activities, including testing results, to build test suite, write test cases coverage, defects Β· Ensure adherence to test Processes Β· Coordinate with various team in Client for UAT
