Test Manager for the Markets Post Trade Services Tribe

Danske Bank's Markets Post Trade Services tribe is seeking a Senior Test Manager to lead our efforts in quality assurance throughout the development life cycle. We are on an exciting transformational journey into the multi-cloud space, supported by a clear and well-defined target architecture across our Markets domain. As Tribe Test Manager, you will be involved in shaping and guiding quality assurance processes, working closely with the Tribe Architect, Tribe Leadership (Tribe Lead, IT Lead, and Tribe Coach), as well as product owners and tech leads in each squad.

As the tribe is spanning many and very complex products, it is important that you in general are keen on learning new areas and systems and understand and deep dive in complex setups.

You will be referring to the IT Lead and will also be responsible for defining and adapting your role to the needs of the tribe.

It is therefore important that you can work as part of a team and are comfortable with taking decisions and leading the way in close collaboration with Tribe Leadership Team.

You will:

• Define and promote best practices for quality assurance throughout all phases of the development life cycle
• Facilitate the implementation of best practices and ensure the tribe continuously adopts and improve testing practices
• Engage, collaborate and partner with the tribe’s stakeholders to mature our practices to fit the organisation
• Advise for business analysts and engineers within the squads in the tribe both for practical concrete tasks as well for process support

About you:

• Understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks
• Solid experience in both manual and automated testing, as well as practices such as risk-based testing, test-driven development and behavior-driven development
• Strong experience in testing C# solutions as well as JavaScript frontends like Angular and/or ReactJS
• Skilled at analysing complex systems to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation
• Communication skills are highly developed, allowing you to engage effectively with a variety of teams and stakeholders
• Great attention to detail ensures comprehensive testing coverage and the ability to spot subtle issues
• You have practical experience in conducting and managing testing activities, essential for implementing best practices and standards
• Good at building relationships and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to drive success in testing initiatives
• Advanced English skills

This position can be located both in Denmark and Lithuania. If the position is located in Lithuania the monthly salary range will be from 3640 EUR to 5460 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
