Web Requirements & QA Analyst

Our Digital Commerce Department is looking for a Requirements & QA Analyst to provide oversight of and participate in our requirement gathering and quality assurance for our digital platforms. COMPENSATION: Commensurate based on experience

SUMMARY:  Work with our in-house Digital Commerce, Design and IT departments to generate detailed requirement documents to improve user experience and conversions within Heritage's range of web and mobile app products and utilize a thorough testing regimen during implementation and roll-out. Projects will range from normal site maintenance and upgrades to large scale new features and products. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the development and implementation of changes to the company website, mobile apps, and related products
• Perform quality assurance regimens to projects for high quality deployments 
• Collaborate with IT and internal clients
• Other duties may be assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4+ years of experience as a web producer or quality assurance expert, and a working knowledge of web and mobile app development required.
• Experience with JIRA, TestRail or similar project management and testing software.
• A passion for continuing education and the application of AI and automation in workflows.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience
